Bodywork session includes-

• Postural, gait, and range of motion assessment
• Identifying taut muscle fibers and trigger points using compression
• Engaging the client in contracting and relaxing dysfunctional muscles
• Using vibration via a massage gun on taut muscles 
• Performing stretches and exercises to be done at home.  

Massage session includes-

• A customized massage targeting problem areas using a variety of modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and others to relieve tension in muscles.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. This is beneficial for improving swelling in the extremities, increasing recovery time from an injury or surgery, and pain management.
